Safety Tips

• Use timers to turn lights ON or OFF daily if the premises are unoccupied

• Test alarm system once a week

• Lock doors and windows

• If you have a security system, Electric Power and Telephone service MUST REMAIN ON at all times and can not be put on Winter Service or shut off

• Test security system after any work has been done on your phone lines

• Agree on a specific meeting place outside your house or business in case of fire

• Test smoke detectors monthly
